Clean place, friendly staff, and spacious room. Great location that's both convenient and peaceful, just a 15-minute stroll to a shopping mall 🛍️. Definitely a good choice if you're in the area.

Convenient location and helpful staff. I had a fantastic stay at Extended Stay America in Braintree. The location was incredibly convenient for my work and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the internet service worked perfectly after upgrading. While there were a few minor issues, like the TV being a bit flakey, overall I had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, although they occasionally provided inaccurate information. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.

I really liked that it was around the corner from we here we had to work..
I didn't like the fact...we had asked for clean towels and after work we had to replace them our selfves... For the price we paid for the room it should come when you ask for them..

Convenient Location & Friendly Staff
I recently stayed at a hotel in Braintree and had a mixed experience. One of the things I liked about the hotel was its convenient location. It was centrally located, making it easy for me to get to my work and explore the surrounding area. Another positive aspect was the friendly staff. Most of them were helpful and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable.
There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. One issue was the inaccurate information provided by the front desk staff.

I did not like anything about this place, except for being close to the highway.
The bed, carpet, kitchen, entrance, smells, linen, pillows.

Easy check-in and late check-out available, convenient parking, complimentary coffee in rooms, two double beds, air conditioning, and a relatively quiet location near the train station make this a great spot.

The coffee was great, room was spacious, bed felt very welcoming. A lot of nice furniture. nice location- very close to the mall, restaurants and theatres.
Room had musty smell, furniture was dusty, cobwebs behind the door (which i had to remove), reading lamp wasn't working. dirty bathroom sink with a hole in it, above all, the service of the lady at the front desk at night- a nightmare. She needs to be replaced, or go through customer service therapy.

little food for breakfarst
My wife had stomackask and needed rest room when I arrived in hotel but the clerk did not allow to use their rest room (there was no rest room in lobby) becasue of their regulation. My reservation was cancelled because I was late (It was 5.45 pm. and the reservation contract was I will be charged if I arrive after 6pm. I gave my card information. Does it make sence?) My wife had to wait until check in and she used the rest room in the room. It was silliest hotel I ever experienced in my life.
